About WaveFront
We started as consultants who understood how regulated businesses operate. WaveFront exists because that understanding is just as valuable in how software gets built.
WaveFront Consultancy Services grew organically out of our founders' experience as management consultants at WaveFront Consulting. Working closely with software services companies, we kept seeing the same gap: good consulting advice with nowhere reliable to turn for the engineering to execute it.
We built WaveFront to close that gap, a dedicated software services company founded in August 2018 in Kakkanad, Kerala, staffed by engineers who think about delivery the way a consultant thinks about a client relationship: accountable, long-term, and judged by outcomes rather than hours logged.
WaveFront is a small, deliberately sized team (eleven to fifty people) built around the idea that a smaller, senior-weighted team embedded with a client outperforms a large, rotating one. Most of our engagements are multi-year. We'd rather do fewer relationships well than spread thin across many.
