IRALOGIX is a FinTech company headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with its subsidiary ILX Trust based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Founded in 2015, the company built a cloud-native IRA platform that automates account administration, consolidates accounts, and provides investment management capabilities for financial institutions of any size.
The platform gives institutions access to pooled institutional fund pricing, integrates with Morningstar Retirement Manager for portfolio analytics, and automates the compliance and administrative work that typically makes small-balance IRA accounts unprofitable to service. IRALOGIX is SSAE SOC 2 Type 2 certified and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 and WealthTech 100 lists.
WaveFront joined as a dedicated engineering partner shortly after our own founding in 2018, working directly alongside IRALOGIX's product and compliance teams rather than as an outsourced vendor. Over six years, our team grew from early platform build-out into ongoing feature delivery, integration work, and the quality practices needed to support a SOC 2-certified financial platform.
